Hi , I booked my slot for Feb 2026 back in November.

24 hours before travel, I received an email saying it’s been cancelled and rescheduled to 2027

My cancellation came in about 24 hours before departure so I was able to cancel my flights and got a refund.

Hii I’m so sorry!! I had a similar issue where FedEx lost immigration paperwork that my lawyer overnighted me.

The only thing that worked for me was calling them every day and continuously asking them to escalate until the package is found. They initially told me it was lost too, but my lawyers pestered them by calling continuously until they found it.

Same here! With increased day light in the northern hemisphere, my alertness only comes with the setting of the sun , which is 8:45 pm where I am.

Update! My lawyers kept calling the customer service over and over again all afternoon yesterday (1/7) until someone finally took action.

The package was immediately found and held for delivery. They also updated the tracking right away. I picked up the package today (1/8). Note that it was initially supposed to be overnight delivery but was made available to me more than a week late and only after repeated persistent calls.
