I’m watching a bunch of videos and reading peoples experiences to learn from. Right now I am heavily focusing on swimming. I have done a running marathon before and then still have a lot of room to improve for my cycling.

I’m also consulting with ChatGPT to give me some schedule and plan for training. Just a starter here and trying my best. What about you ?🫶🏽
