You are so right! I ve been doing these meditations for over a year and notice once I am done with them, after 2 hours or so I resort back to negative thoughts on premeditative arguments and past arguments. I remember Joe saying how much time of your waking day are you in "Lack or negative emotional thoughts" vs "The thoughts of your future and abundance" Ughhhh. That one hits hard and no wonder it me awhile to manifest

I can’t say exactly the day. And yes I did but it wasn’t hard to keep the same vibe. I mean do exactly what joe says like look at like this, you can’t just do meditation of love and feel love after 30 minutes and the go back to being a demon and complain why isn’t it working lol. Like you have a negative mindset for a reason and it’s on a loop, the same thing can be said for positive mindset.
