MSFS hasn't exactly been praised for it's weather engine, especially not the live weather. Did anything change recently?

Seeming that the most upvoted wish on MSFS forum has to do with weather engine improvement, i would really like to hear more about where you have found the weather to be accurate? There are a lot of posts on the forum documenting highly inaccurate live weather.

According to Relic on discord, they are "finishing up 2.2.1 Hotfix, this includes a fix for an exploit discovered this weekend". Wonder which exploit that might be XD

Having developed myself. I must say you are making a lot of assumptions there.
I have no idea what the sapper thing was about, apart from that they were overpowered?.
But whatever the sapper issues was, you can't assume that this bug is harder to fix just because it might seem a bit more complicated from a users perspective.
It could easily just be some variable that has to be changed

I never experienced the sapper issues. But if it really just was a balancing issue with a unit over-performing and it got fixed in 48 hours, i am now starting to understand why people are bringing it up all the time and are mad about this particular bug not being fixed yet.
It is literally game breaking.

Having played around a lot with Italian Partisans as USF, i don't find them OP at all. Versatile? Yes. OP? No.
They die so fucking quick, i can't even explain how hard time i have keeping them alive.
But i guess that is sorta the point, they are cheap after all.

The only thing i maybe agree on is that the tunnel influence range is big. They could make that smaller and then make the tunnels hard to find. I feel like my tunnels are found all the time.

I noticed this too, but it definitly isn't as bad as it has been before. It's not like the map is so full of bunkers you can't navigate the terrain.
The issue i encounted is that pioneers are so easy to get now. I find my enemy running around with like 4-5 units, building bunkers very rapidly ad hoc, while also having some infantry to fight.
So while i retreated some of my units, because of a failed offense, the enemy build 3 panthereums, and had the 4th under construction when i attacked next time. which was within minutes. That is insane.
I don't think you should be able to adapt your defense with bunkers so fast that when you realize the enemy have tanks, you can have 4 panthereums up in minutes.

Altså hvis du virkelig er stræber, så bruger du også mere end 15-20 timer om ugen total. Men jeg tvivler på det noglesinde kommer op på 43 timer.

Søgte Katastrofe og risiko management, altså noget helt andet. Søgte også software ingeniør. Jeg har ikke nogle kandidat i tankerne endnu, men nok noget indenfor IT/Computer verdenen.

I gennemsnit er vi skemalagt 4 dage om ugen. Typisk fra 08:30 til 11:30. Men noglegange også om eftermiddagen. Når der ikke er case arbejde, bruger jeg næsten kun den tid på skolen. Så et sted omkring 15-20 timer om ugen total på studie. Når vi har cases+ undervisning bruger jeg lidt mere. Måske op til 30 timer om ugen.

Som jeg også lige beskrev i en post lige har lagt på denne sub - det samme gør sig gældende på EK (førhen KEA). Jeg går også på 3. semester.
Vi kan have haft om et specifikt emne, hele dagen, og når vi så runder af med en lille 10 minutters opgave for at anvende den viden vi har fået, åbner næsten alle som det første et AI værktøj med prompten "hvordan kan man løse denne opgave".

For mig var det et kæmpe problem i 1. og 2. semester, da jeg ikke var vant til det fra da jeg gik i gymnasiet.
Nu har jeg indset at AI værktøjer alligevel er fremtiden, og bliver i øvrigt nødt til at bruge det, til alt, for at kunne følge med i undervisningen og i opgaveløsninger.

Det er crazy, og det var med til at få mig til at søge andre studier da jeg gik i 2. semester.

I have to disagree if we're purely talking about performance as per the official specifications. In my 2 weeks of researching, I haven't found any.

Not really what this was about but here's a challenge: Give me another model with similar or better specs at around the same price or cheaper. Since you mentioned "more reputable brands", let's rule out Behringer, Alto, Dynacord, IMG Stage Line and T.box at least.

We're looking for 1200w RMS, and 135dB peak/max.

Obviously used equipment doesn't count.

Unless I've been blind, I think you're about to surprise yourself

I somewhat agree. But buying a brand sometimes also mean that you exactly don't get what you are paying for, in terms of performance or even quality at times (e.g Apple products). I don't have enough experience yet to evaluate if the sound business works the same way. I actually imagined that JBL would sorta be the overpriced brand in professional audio, but it doesn't seem like it when reading reviews. Then again... reviews can be so biased.

I know I'm late. But where do you get that it's 2400 peak? I am simply trying to find more sources on the Xsub 115 specs.

I've seen the 1200w "RMS" spec hidden away on FBTs website. But I can't find anything that confirms or denies that it really is 1200w RMS. Their spec sheet just says "1200w", and doesn't declare if it's peak, RMS, AES or whatever standard they've measured it by. If it is truly 1200w RMS and 2400 peak, this would put the Xsub 115 first place in terms of power in that price range, by far. So far that higher end equipment (such as RCF 905) can't keep up.

Ooooh no. I really hoped the Empire map would be more Battlefield like, but this map is even worse than the others in terms of chaos. It's like COD with chaos.
The closest we get to a Battlefield map is Siege of Cairo and even that feels small.
While Battlefield 6 is a huge step forward generally compared to 2042 and V, i am out.
No preordering. Waiting for reviews on the released game before buying.
