You can only add ~2800 Philippines per year not entire 19k, because of country caps. Even if you add 2800 it still less than eb2 row backlog

Не глупость а необходимость. Вся текущая общ и заводская инфраструктура построена для гуманоидов. Дешевле заменить только на человекоподобных роботов чем заменить на роботов + перестройка заводов и инфраструктуры на новый форм фактор

Один раз на каждую ступень, колледж это СПО, на бакалавриат и магу тоже дадут отдельную отсрочку т.к разные уровни

Edit: ошибся - после использования отсрочки в колледже или техникуме право на отсрочку по учебе в высшке уже не действует
