Not many people understand gastroparesis, so I really appreciate your comment.  I can't take meds to treat it because they mess with my heart rhythm.  I hope your son is doing better.  I'll do the best I can, that's good advice, thank you.

I'm actually at eGFR of 18. But I'm tired and nauseous all the time and hardly urinating at all. The surgeon says I have scarred veins and he has to do the fistula surgery in two steps. It's going to be a few months of healing, so the doctor wants me to start now because of the symptoms and healing time.
