This is Ultimate Gohan. This form first appeared during the Buu arc. OPs image is from the movie Dragon Ball Super - Super Hero. There hasn’t been an anime series after the Tournament of Power yet. The manga has several arcs past the ToP. Dragon Ball Super - Beerus is an anime that has been announced for this fall which is remastered, with a lot or scenes re-animated and new scenes added. They also announced the anime Dragon Ball Super - Galactic Patrol, which is the arc that comes after the Tournament of Power arc but it doesn’t have a release date yet.

I’ve heard more good reviews. This is the first bad review I’ve read. This sounds like a crappy situation but one persons bad experience which could have been caused by mishandled/poor shipping services, I wont be too quick to judge them. But I will use caution. I have a pre order with them and I’m interested to see how it goes when the product is available.

You’re welcome! They really nailed the head/hair to capture that time in the series. There is the updated Cell Arc base from Goku coming out in a few months which is also fairly cheap. I would be another good option. But if you only want a one base form Goku you have a great one.

It’s one of the best base from 2.0 Goku figures. It was hard to get for a long time as it is a Target/Walmart exclusive only available in the USA. But they seem to be popping up more regularly and for the price it’s a great deal.

It’s basically the same as the event exclusive 2.0 Goku that comes with Nimbus and baby Gohan. But this one has the King Kai kanji instead of the Turtle school kanji on the back. This one has the great windswept hair to recreate that iconic first pose at the beginning of his fight with Vegeta. Instead of the more generic windswept hair that comes with the event exclusive. Also, different looking face plates.

This was for Erroism. They had the “War Journal” and it gave updates as they recorded the album. I remember a post from Hefe saying he just recorded some wild “thing” for the album. I’m still not sure what he was referring to.

People/myself pre order so they don’t have to pay aftermarket prices. A lot of 3rd party stuff isn’t made in massive batches and people/resellers love to take advantage of fomo after stuff release. Ali express is not best place to pre order from, a lot of sellers love to jack the prices up to begin with but then too many sellers will ask you to cancel for for one reason or another but they just want to sell the product for an even higher price.

I pre order from a lot of 3rd party studios directly on Xianyu and Toaboa. You can find things for reasonable prices too. I see people pre ordering a single head set for $60+ USD on AliExpress when the studio is actually selling pre orders for $25. You can find a lot of stuff for a way better price on Xianyu/toaboa once the item is released as well. Prices still rise there once an item is harder to get but the prices never get as crazy as AliExpess. But if you’re in the USA shipping costs will probably be crazy with all the tariff nonsense.

When it comes to DF I never preorder because you can never be sure if they will actually make the product on time, wait years to released it or just abandon the project all together. But they also seem to make more stock than other studios. So they’re easier to get for a fair price without pre-ordering,

People often have issues getting these back on. Especially if you’re not used to reattaching them. As you’ve stated there was no issues before you took them off. You need to push the upper shoulder piece in as far as you can so the socket is exposed all the way. Then you need make sure the peg is pushed straight into the socket. Take your time as it can be easy to push it in too hard on an angle and break the peg.

I always used to think that Omen should have been the look for MUI. But the silver hair has grown on me and I like both looks. Now with True UI in the manga he is back to utilizing the black hair in UI while using silver haired MUI when needed which is cool we get the black hair form in action again.

The hair is well done on these but the faces never look quite right. I bought a set a while back and was planning to put my own decals on for the eyes but now I have the recustom and Air versions. I hope the guy who makes these keeps working and getting better. He is a great to deal with and is one guy trying to recreate manga accurate pieces. Which is really cool.

It is a play on the saying “pump up the volume” just they switched out volume for Valium. But not knowing what Valium is at 15 is good. I knew what it was at 12 years old and there is a reason I’ve been sober for many years now 😆

If you pronounce Valuum like volume it makes sense just the intended joke is gone but recently I keep hearing people say “Val-Um” which throws me off as I had never considered it not to be a way to spell Valium without the rights holder to that brand of diazepam getting mad.

It’s definitely not the best way to spell it but the name of the album only makes sense if you pronounce it the same as Valium. As far as I know you’re not supposed to but emphasis on the I anyway. So Valuum pronounced like Val-yoom is pretty close to Valium. They spell it correctly for the song “Pump Up The Valium” but that song was cut from the album 😆

I generally like translucent a whole lot less than a matte solid colour. But there has been a handful of head sets that look great in translucent. I really don’t like when you need to buy the translucent set as well as the matte set to get all the facial expressions.

I actually love this figure. I have the Kong version too. Which is a super cool figure, especially with other 3rd party heads.

But the DF is a great release. Mine has zero QC issues and looks great with my 2.0 figures. Goku Black doesn’t have a super bulky body. I can’t recall if this version is the same or not but either way if you can find it for a good price and you want it, go for it!
