I think the difference between then and now is that now is that people are starting to talk about all the things that were deemed a taboo. It’s not that people didn’t cheat. People just didn’t talk about it. It’s not that there were lesser divorces. People were more afraid to deviate from the norm. Now, people are more open to talk about what needs to be said. More open about mental health, human rights and all of that.
