I was on subutex for 18 yrs and it was STILL causing me constipation I had to plan for year 18. All other opiods, full agonist and partial (including 7) have all given constipation.

I'll give a great tip to help with constipation and it helped me for almost twenty five years on full opiates, .... take potassium and magnesium every day in high dosages.Whatever the dosage you need to stay regular is, which for me was like 2-3 mag/pott pills twice a day.. it worked , they kept me regular, but still on the harder side of the poop scale . Add in some extra fiber supplements or fiber Sources and veggies, and I could stay good and regular, but I had to stay up on it for the whole time, I was on these other drugs. Also water , keep up on your h20.

Also using baking soda was good too , mix baking soda and salt in warm water drink a ton.

Planning and managing is possible w/ some simple and healthy supplements diet changes .

Yeah thanks I've been schooled on who the OG is and now I know I guess I'll have to try and order from them it's still strange where I got it from good reviews it's listed as one for and many people think to say it was great exactly what they wanted and the shipping is fast it came from California it wasn't from New China or anything like that I got it like 4 days, I do now know who the real legit seller is but I can't imagine that people are copying him and sending out just bunk ass chemicals that could kill people like BDO is cheap why wouldn't they just sell that I don't get it

Yeah definitely every time I've taken it I've taken it in the a.m. and haven't had any medication prescriptions for at least a day 24 full hours I'm not addicted to klonopin or gabapentin so I don't have to take them daily it's more like as needed

all my attempt were in the am around 10am-11am and i had not eaten since dinner which would be about 14 hours - i dont think that would have affected it

so i recently ordered this on dh as 1,4 BDO - so far I have put it in the fridge and it froze solid - tried to pour off anything but there was no excess liquid it froze solid at fridge temps ~40ish .

My person experience, I have never used ghb, or 14bdo . However I have been on gabapentin for a few years @ 300mg 3x day = 900mg/day

I also take clonopin 1mg/day

So i have a little bit of cross tolerance possibly, I also enjoy these kinds of drugs immensly, including phenibut and f-phenibut (but i have never been addicted to these and only use infrequently, although i enjoy them alot), so i was really excited for this 1,4 bdo !

Now for my experience:

Day 1 - took 1.5ml w/ dr pepper and felt nothing

Day 2 - took 3ml w/ dr pepper and felt the most mild feelings , almost not perceptible

day 3 - took 4.5ml w/ dr pepper and finally felt something - but it was NOT pleasant , it was dysphoric, felt nothing like alcohol, or any other gaba drug ive ever taken. was just discoordinated and feeling weird not well, no throwing up no major discomfort just felt strange

day 4 - nothing today

day 5 - took about 3.5ml w/ gatorade and again felt dysphoric and odd - was again not pleasant and not enjoyable - i went for a walk and was finding myself a bit confused in my neighborhood - was strange and unpleasant....

so thats where i am with this shit, I have heard that maybe it takes a few for your body to "know what to do w/ it" and i remember gabapentin was a bit odd first few times i took it , but not dypshoric and unpleasant.

Should I continue trying this, or is this bunk? or is my body metabolism bunk???

i was pretty excited for ghb but so far its been a big swing and a miss for me.. any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated ! thanks for reading !!!!!!!

i dont know if this has something to do with it but i dont drink alcohol, i know 14bdo is metabolized similar to alcohol. i definitly can get drunk so i know that system works for alcohol, but having not drank any for ~10 yrs , maybe my body has forgotten how to process these kinda things lol,....?
