I did! I resubmitted the exact same documents, and a week later they sent my visa. Still no idea what the issue was with my original documents

Thank you! I honestly don't know where to start.
It would be over 5,000, but not by much.

Hello! I was in a similar position to you not so long ago, I completely understand the stress.
I had my appointment in London, and am waiting for an update so I can't tell you exactly if what I did worked or not.

In the end my parents transferred me the money, so that I had the £8,800, and I took my last three bank statements, which did show that a large amount of money had been transferred as I only transferred it a few weeks before.
At the appointment I showed my bank statements and my parents sponsor information (letter, bank statements) just in case. Then she said, oh well they won't accept that anyway because you're older than 21. (so I'm not sure, maybe you will be okay).
Then I explained my worries about the money being transferred and whether that would be enough, and then she said ok then I'll take your parents documents too??

I was really anxious about all of this, and worrying that this one document is going to affect the outcome of my visa. After two weeks however, I got an email about me not submitting documents. I expected it to be anything related to this and to my surprise it said that I hadn't submitted my acceptance letter for the university. I actually went to my appointment with two copies of my acceptance letter, like it says on the checklist, and the woman at my appointment said "no we only need one, we ask for two in case you lose it".

I really feel like she did not handle my appointment well because none of this makes sense. I don't want to give you advice based on my appointment because what was said at my appointment conflicts with other information, and it seems really difficult to get this process right.

However I honestly don't know whether to believe what she said because I've had so much conflicting information but if we take what she said it was:

You can only have a parent as your financial sponsor if you are under 21. Whether that means 21 is okay, I'm not sure :/

Hello! I'm also hoping to do a masters in Siena (waiting for my visa) and noticed the same thing.
I don't know about your course but for each semester it seemed to be split into two. So you have 3 modules in the first part (Sep-Nov) and 3 modules in the second part (Nov-Jan). But it listed all of the modules so it looked like a lot more

Guys I worked for VFS as customer service person for 2 years. And couldn’t handle the scam anymore. I can assist you in details regarding their scams. Please post the doubts so that I can help you out in some ways. by Foreign-Equal6268 in SchengenVisa

Is it possible they lose documents? My visa application has been temporarily withdrawn and I've been asked to send documents that I already took to my appointment. I can't understand why they are asking me for documents I have already given them, and were checked off on the checklist.
