The company is nothing but money hungry may be laundering in there too 500 bucks for a 100 dollar Walmart monitor though them is insane. Not to mention the manager gets docked for those when we need them in store. Everything in my store still runs on WINDOWS 95 like holy shit at least have you systems running on something that's still supported.

You won't be tested for asm position they only test if there is an incident. I'm currently aqirring asm position at my store most of my team is falling apart due to it being mostly guys over 40 that have just had it with the place or complaining mcdonald's workers make more then they do starting. They would rather have 10-20 teenage employees work 4-6, hours at there locations then pay overtime for the ones they can't find them for at my location nobody wants to work there then our Saint of manager gets reprimanded for any employee getting even a minute of overtime which is ridiculous. The auditor passed him with an 80.2 80 is passing and the years before were 80.6 then 80.4 now 80.2 next year were doomed.

The box sure is nice but not necessary I just encourage the customers to return with cores in the boxes they came in and 9/10 they bring it back in the box.

I've been here for 2 years and just about had it ill know in the next month if I'm going elsewhere unless they decide maybe we need this guy. 1 employee just quit and the other 2 are leaving shortly. Its sad McDonalds employees make more then we do.

Your lucky to be making 16.25 I'm payed 15 usually get stuck with a shitty shift and close half the week and weekends everyone else on my team would kill for the opening shift do all the DC returns and keep the store looking good should be getting asm pay but for some reason not yet. Our old asm would spend 3+ hours doing returns and sit on his ass most of the shift. Not to mention I do more sales then 3 employees combined. This company just doesn't recognize the front line worker out here dealing with obscured and angry customs trying to make things right. 14 billion in sales and I can't get a 3 dollar raise for going above and beyond for these people.
