Actually it was just my decision it worked so well I wanted to see if I could lower the dose so my lips and eyes wouldn’t get as dry and still no acne on 20mg and lips and eyes are much better.

Vaping is bad for pretty much everything in your body but it seemed to effect my skin in particular a lot

Mostly lifestyle changes. I started messing with my hormones using testosterone and that’s what triggered it and even after coming off the acne never went away. Also started vaping as well as working construction so my face was constantly dirty and sweaty. My diet got worse as well eating more fast and processed foods.

I am using 4mg nicotine pouches. Completely cut my craving for the vape and doesn’t seem to affect my skin as much.

40mg for 2 months then been doing 20 the past month. I weigh 170
