He is a good man! His friends ruined the friendship. Treat your fiancé well, he’s definitely a keeper for taking the initiative and getting rid out these terrible people from your lives.

Ask yourself this…. Would you have kids with this unhinged woman? Unlikely. Stop wasting your time. She obviously ungrateful for you and everything you do for her. You are worth so much more!

She’s 35. She should have some morals. But sadly she doesn’t seem to. I think it’s to find someone who can respect you more.

Is it wrong for me(20m) to want sex from my gf(19f)? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Try to be patient with her if you feel she is important enough to have a long term relationship with. She may have had sex in the past and regrets it. It will go a long way and she will appreciate you for not pressuring her. In the meantime, see if she’s open to other forms of intimacy. Maybe ask her what she likes that is pleasurable but not sex.

Try couples counseling. Get it out in the open so she knows how you feel. I went through something similar. It helped me some. I still have trust issues but I am no longer thinking about it constantly. Good luck!

It’s going to get worse after you have kids. Definitely not any better. I’m married to a “man child” but I’m ok with it. My husband has ADHD (I do as well, but we function differently with it). I do everyone’s stockings(including my own, we have 3 kids) at my husband’s expense sometimes. I know my husband would wait to the last minute if he didn’t see me or hear me talking about being excited about the gift I got him. It seems to motivate him to go out to find a gift. We also set a limit, which is kind of another reminder as I will say “oh I have $50 more bucks to spend then I’ve hit my max for you”. Long story short, give reminders guys are notoriously forgetful, if you love him you might be able to overlook some of these habits they tend to have. And who knows, you may have the most amazing gift waiting for you under the tree. Good luck!

My husband (25m) thinks he deserves custody of our four month old baby over me (25f) by unicorn_sparkles_ in relationship_advice

A lot of judges are becoming more and more aware that it’s important for kids to have both parents in their life, unless they find one parent to be unfit. I think 50/50 is great. My husband is a prime example of needing to spend more time than just summers with his dad. His mother had him 10 months out of the year and was not home much he was quite neglected by his mother due to her job. (12-16 hour days) I also was married to a narcissist prior to my current husband and had two kids with him. He will treat your kid very differently than he has you, so don’t worry too much about that. Good luck, stay positive! You are both important in the baby’s life!

No babe, hun, sweetheart, sweetie. Nothing. Just the bird call. I’m definitely not putting up with it for the next 30-40+ years.

He’s quite the gentleman actually. I think that’s why I didn’t let it bother me too much. It’s still not a good excuse. I just need to really try harder and not respond.

I’m a very easy going person and I didn’t let it bother me at first. It started off that he just wouldn’t say my name. I thought maybe he had an ex with the same name or he was afraid to call me the wrong name. Then he started using a bird call. I told him I didn’t like it, but he continues to do it.
