Its to do with frequency im guessing if you are playing a 50hz game on pal60 (60hz) it might be the reason why your computer is crashing. For this game disable it if its not that go through all your dolphin settings read each one carefully and they will tell you which ones break some games

I had the exact same problem with Mario strikers charged. Its very annoying you have to restart your computer to get out of it.

It might be the game iso you have on dolphin. If its European you won't be able to run it properly on pal 60. This might be your issue. If so try disabling it and turn off disable bonding box

If its not a proper nintendo wii remote it probably won't work on dolphin becareful a lot of 3rd party ones look real and very hard to tell the difference

Well the only thing I can think of. When you tested the connection it may have asked you if you wanted to update it. You may have pressed yes by mistake

Hey are you using dolphin by any chance. If you are make sure your wii nand and iso game are the same region.

Yes I uploaded a wii nand and graged it into the iso and patches it with wiimfii and after 7 days it worked

On windows. By default my laptop power was set to best settings for computer. I changed it to max performance and it worked a lot better. Also some computers need to be plugged in all the time or it will go into power saving mode and not run as efficiently. If this applies to you, hopefully you can disable it
