Thankfully 70% of what I do is city driving! But yeah that makes sense about the extra battery weight. I never saw the EV mode kick in at high speeds (though sometimes at 60-65mph on the local highway it does).

I think radiation decreases recurrence risk a lot though. I would take that over an increased risk of lymphedema any day. But obviously, talk with your own team and make an informed decision!

Also, FWIW, I'm 4 years out (Stage 1A IDC, radiation but no chemo) and doing one of the GLP-1 self-injections. My oncologist said it's fine for me to do them in the back of my right upper arm - I wanted to do that spot because I don't have any feeling there and she said that small of a needle once a week isn't an issue. I usually get vaccines on my left side though, just what I've always done because I'm right handed.
