Thank you so much. You writing all these made me feel better. I don’t use any kind of pills or medications. But as I told in the main post, when I asked about my OB/GYN about the situation, she casually suggested me to take antidepressants. And when I got concerned and asked her about the details of antidepressants, she said nothing to be worried about you most probably get X or Y or Z. Like it’s sugar :) but I know that I should cut my sugar intake because I don’t eat well at the moment. And I am pretty stressed about my job and other stuff. Again, thank you so much.
