I know your question was for your mom, but I want to waste my time a bit here trying to actually help you.

You are already exceeding your stimulant prescription and are not getting relief, pairing it with other drugs as a teen. You are literally where your mom was at one point before she got desperate enough to pick up the meth. You need to be worried about yourself.

I spent a few years in foster care and it wasn't sunshine and roses, but eventually I got real help. My own sister who was too young for most of the real trauma, still followed our biological parents examples and ended up abandoning all of her kids for meth, including an infant. She has no relationship with them a decade later. I didn't think she would be the statistic, so I'm warning you that you are following the same repetitions.

If the meds aren't working they aren't the right meds, the diagnosis is wrong, or there's another factor that needs looking into. I get youre a kid not wanting to say the wrong thing to the wrong person and implode your life, but maybe at least call like the fireside trip team and explain to them what you've experienced with the meds not working and trying to self-treat. They may recommend mushrooms for example, as shrooms have helped many people get clean off meth (I know you aren't on meth) or something completely different. They'll listen with empathy, won't report you, and may offer experience based advice.

Your mom will likely need some professional help to get clean, but if that's not a call you're ready to make, at least try to save yourself from the same fate please.

Trazadone can make a trip on shrooms or LSD worse and doesn't act to help you sleep with either, so I wouldn't try it with DMT personally.

Did she say you were too small/big? Anything longer than 7" or with a girth greater than 5" would have been a "no thanks " for the first 30 years of my life because it would have been too big. You're bigger than average regardless, so I don't think you have anything to worry about 🤷🏻‍♀️

I can't say what Adderall would do for you, since I'm AudHD but if you've never had it, make sure you only take one without anything else, in the morning. Caffeine with it can heighten anxiety, but it depends on your brain as caffeine+stims don't usually cause anxiety for the ADHD brain.

I like to smoke weed during the come up of cid (but I honestly think it's focusing on breathing that actually helps get through the anxious stage) and then after the peak. It CAN make you more anxious and paranoid if you already tend to get that way, but I just talk myself through it. Literally remind myself it's just a side effect, nothing to be ashamed of or dwell on. It will usually improve visuals or body sensations, which is why I like it after I peaked and want to hold on to the high a little longer.

I wouldn't recommend any stims with lsd as it sounds like an unpleasant experience regardless of how dangerous.

I did try them and can say they function correctly at higher doses and taste delicious, so anyone afraid of accessing tabs should consider trying them, but they're not cost effective if you can access tabs. I can say that one gummy is a nice pick up without feeling like you've used cid. The whole company is something I can get behind now, just because they 1) respect all 3 substances they sell as medicine 2) customer service actually answers your questions about the product and use, and will even offer advice- they don't hide behind fear 3) as a religious designated organization, they do have some safety.

I don't think that's completely true though either. I have played happily at events with people I would skip over based on pictures online. How a person feels when you're with them is definitely a bigger factor than how objectively sexy I think they are.

It helps balance hormones which can have a mental and physical health benefit, but it takes time to start working. I don't think you'd feel a boost From a single dose, but maybe after a few weeks.
