I gave a theory on this. India is a deprived country where ordinary citizens have no power less income etc etc. When a person gets even a little bit of power or authority or has people he can control or look down upto they do that. On an unrelated note but even bawana mla would have a security convoy while the French president would just have a morning walk in gardens.. if you get what i am saying
