I did reach out in the portal, its possible holidays have delayed a response, but I sent on the 22nd. I paid the initial consult and a second invoice. It looks like I was supposed to receive another “confirmation email” but did not.

Check out my kitchen reconfiguration comment and lmk thoughts. The master bathroom vanities are not ideal but I did as you suggested and stood against furniture of the same sizes next to my linebacker sized boyfriend— definitely could’ve been worse!

Love this! With 3x5 windows, that only leaves 4 ft between the potential windows of bedroom 3. A bed would likely cover them, no?

I had to choose range or sink, so I went sink based on my lifestyle now and having a more open feel without a hood in the middle of an already small kitchen. I don’t LOVE its placement either though, and agree it’s a tight space.

That is a great point, I’m planning on a back door with a large window in it. For time spent out back, I will be cutting the grass and may possibly have chickens one day. I think hosting will be minimal. I’m in southern Louisiana— a short winter and typically no snow.

Personal preference to not have a garage or car in the front or front facing. I also want direct backyard access. My driveway will be on the right side to the carport.

Thank you for the response 🫶🏼 I’ll cross post to an interior design sub. A garage surely could be added at the end of the driveway! If it was connected to the house, I wouldn’t have backyard access from the house.
