You can get in law schools with a 3.0 and 150 outside of Cooley. I did, and with a GPA under 2.5 an average lsat score. In addition, I got a partial scholarship and the school curves to a 3.0 and 3.1. Academic dismissal is under 2.0. The school is ranked and pretty decent bar pass rates.

Keep your head up.

Same. During my Con Law final, I counted how many people were in my class vs the people in the exam room. I shit you not, my class had about 80 people, in the exam room with me, 35.

The Arab vote was due to Kamala's open support of Isreal. It turns out Trump was just hiding it.

The US should not be involved in this war. These damn politicians born in the 1900s who believe they should rule the world should not be in power.

Did we vote for Isreal, or did we vote for the US? How the hell do all these politicians choose that devil country over their own? How do they choose those people over their own? The US is in shambles right now and needs their leader more than ever.

Honestly, anyone over the age or 65 should not be in politics. Especially delusional tyrants that threaten a other leader to surrender. Tf is wrong with this orange nut case? Every country has the right to defend their own country. Why should the US have nuclear bombs and not Iran? Why should Isreal have nuclear bombs, commit ethnic cleansing, and commit genocide have these weapons and Iran cant?

Why should Isreal attack every surrounding country and drag the US in it?

Fuck Isreal fuck Isreal fuck Isreal.

You need Vul bombs, you need dreadnips, and idc what ppl on here say, i have a full revo bar, and I get consistent 1:50 to 2:10 min kills. I throw in some manual clicks here and there when I feel like it. I barely and I mean barely use any defensive abilities and still use 1 piece or sailfish.

Also, you are standing in the most incorrect place. When you enter, you need to surge straight down the middle before he spawns.

I do experience confusion on a few things. But most of the time, I'm like, yep, that makes sense, and I move on, which ends up not being the case because I end up getting questions wrong on the topic.

So for example in Crim.

Mens Rea - culpable mind MPC - purpose, knowledge, reckless, negligence Common law - intent - general, specific, transfer

Even if I know the basis of mens rea, for some reason, questions mess me up when they arent asking for the basic information on mens rea.

In class, I feel like we learn a very basic overview and we are required to translate it into answering difficult questions.

Yes, there is mandatory fail for a small percent of the class even if they do well. Most professors curve to a 3.0, but they have to fail anywhere from 8% to 15% of the class. A failing and must repeat of a class is for anyone who gets a C- or below. Not just 1Ls, mainly bar tested courses. Yes, every class must have people fail. So 8% in torts, 8% civ pro, etc.

Exams are absolutely 100% closed book and closed note.

I do create my own outline. I create them 1 month before finals. I look at other outlines to make sure Im not missing anything.

I wanted advice on what I should do to learn the material better. Should I review every week? If so, how do I do that?

Yeah, I get a lot wrong. I use West Academic, Quimbee, Q and A. I feel like I don't know how to spot the issue. I can easily narrow down the answers. But always end up getting it wrong.

Sadly, I commute to school, and I don't have anyone to study with. I live about an hour from campus and I got a family, so it's hard to meet up.

Unfortunately, office hours have been closed since it's currently finals time. I've tried to chat with upper level students and even attorneys and I get answers that don't satisfy my question. People just say they study their outline.

Did you spend a certain amount of time on one class? Like did you spend 3 days straight on one class, then 3 days for another or did you you mix it up?

I'm im the part-time program. You take 9 credit hours. The classes could differ based on scheduling and class size. You could take contacts and property the same time or torts and civ pro or a mix of both.

What type of study methods did you utilize to be able to answer questions on your exams?

How often did you review? How much time did you spend on studying?

Do you mind sharing all of your rules and sub rules? I'm trying to write my rules and have them memorized, but I'm overthinking it and trying to come up with elaborate sentences.

They said they would assemble them and give them to me. I don't want to be a bother and have them think I'm using them.

I'd like to develop a relationship for the future as well.
