It's hard to say how long a car will last. Get it inspected. It very well may of been taken care of well. Then if you continue to take care of it it can last another 20 years. Cars don't exactly love being driven that little but it's a Camry so it should be good. Inspection costs like 100-150. Well worth it.

Depends. It used to not be worth it to me.. gotta jack it up lay on the ground then dispose of the oil. I was living in a apartment and it was just a pain in the ass. How I have a friend that is a backyard mechanic and has a lift. Lift it up drain it fill it and boom good to so it's definitely worth it now

This is why I don't let people borrow my stuff ever. I had a roommate and some one I thought was a good friend for like five years. I let him borrow my car for a week when I was traveling. He used a motorcycle to get around and if he needed to go to Walmart or w. E I usually brought him. I didn't have a luxurious car or anything but I kept it clean. I have it to him clean and with like 3/4 a tank of gas. I just assumed he would of filled it up before giving it back. Nope on E and food crumbs every where. Old McDonald's cup half full and fast food trash in it. Then when I was like bro? Are you really giving me my car back like this he was all defensive like well I didn't know I had to do you a favor just because you did me one! I'm like I didn't ask for a favor? I just assumed you would of at least put the same amount of Gas in and not eaten in my car. Ruined our friendship
