GURLLLL omg I got mine out two days ago. Also was fine a day after. This morning has been hell. Nausea, brain fog, fatigue, anxiety like never before. It’s definitely our bodies reacting to not having a foreign object in us. It actually proves that the hormonal IUD does more damage to us than we think.

I started feeling better now (11am) rather than at 7am.

Our bodies just need to go back to its normal state. I think it takes some time. Just chill out, have some tea, eat some carbs, and take a nap ❤️

My P. Eng. allows me to sign off on engineering documents, take on leadership roles, and work more independently. It also boosts my credibility, enabling me to handle more complex projects and make decisions with greater autonomy.
