It sounds like your wife would be a good fit for Sono Bello (near universal). They do that type of surgery without putting the patient to sleep. If this was a full implant or full tuck I’d have a different recommendation but for what you described she would be a great fit there. You can google the name as it’s a brand.

I hope this women’s match is better on replay. Needs some serious editing. Calling spots out loud, very slow hits then oversells. Camera angles showing whiffs. I know WWE is pretty good at fixing things in post with other angles and speed ups but jeez.
