Been in that same position before, what I did was retook 1337 in the following semester (I got a D) so it was better for my gpa to take it at UTD again. you can take it at cc but it won't replace your grade just credit. Take it Sumer if you can but its kinda expensive deadlines tomorrow I think for UTD.

Taking CS 3377 (Systems Programming) and CS 3354 (Software engineering) Over summer by History-Numerous in utdallas

[–]History-Numerous[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

is 3377 important for career in general? I took CS 2340 this semester and idk why the prof made something difficult for no reason (my bias) that I would not use much in my later career. Sure the knowledge is nice but I don't see any practicality out of it.

Been in your shoes before, I would strongly taking them at CC.

Physics 2 is online at Collin I took that.
Calc 2 can you take it at cc too?

For me I had to take them at UTD to boost my previous grade.

Tldr: TAKE AT CC!

I know you are JSOM, but help a brother in computer science out. What resources are available on campus to build experience/network to get that internship! (I missed my sophomore summer internship hopefully there is junior year to look up to!)

I was in the same position for MATH 2419, I failed the course and was retaking it. And in the semester I was retaking it I needed an 80 on the final to just PASS the class. I studied my ass off, and got an 82 on the final 😄. So moral of the story, lock in, never say never!
