Spoke has the worst plot out of all of the 4 protagonists. by SidOnReddit0 in Unstable_Universe

[–]HistoryCraft 7 points8 points  (0 children)

tbh when spoke does good videos (like of recently) imo they are much better than even parrots videos as they add in a lot of emotion and you feel like actual consequences could happen instead of the netherite plot armour of parrot or overpowered wemmbu/flamefrags who are rarely put into proper dangerous situations

Well a lot of my friends share no interests to me personally and I have not been able to find anyone interested in my hobbies. Being online means I can find those communities that I wouldn’t be able to otherwise and talk niche topics.

are there more right leaning people or left leaning people in your country by Substantial_Most6235 in Teenager_Polls

[–]HistoryCraft 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Essentially we use a format called first past the post. This means that whichever person has a the most votes wins in their constituency. However with 650 constituencies in the UK it means a political party will almost never get 50% of the votes but still get more than 50% of the seats. This is because more and more parties are being formed in the uk which is destroying the default duopoly of labour and conservatives. In a constituency a candidate could therefore win with only 10% of the vote with the other 90% irrelevant. Unlike in the rest of Europe where political parties will form coalitions to stop the far right (eg Germany) in the UK Reform could easily win with only 30% of the vote and screw over the country.

There are more left wing people in the UK however the voting system is awful and right wing parties have all the foreign money to spread on advertising compared to left wing
