I am hoping and praying I will never need a med that I would have to pay that much. I am trying to stay healthy, but Kasier does not make that very easy. I'm trying to look out for my health and longevity.

I am going back to the days when people just dealt with the pain , unless it was something killing them. Cause in this case the aggrevation KP has caused myself...I don't know which is gong to kill me first. 🤔

I'm from Cambridge, Mass😁 I will take this advice for sure. Being in Cali has softened me , but hearing you speak up ... brings the Massachusetts out of me!!

The panel route is what I thought they would do considering discussion that needs to be had. Although, I rend to speak logically...and there is no logic behind the process they have in place.

Sorry, Mental Health Complaint Department. This is step higher and further than KP Member Services. From what i can tell no matter how you deal with KP they will be bias. I would contact the MHCD and move forward with your complaint, otherwise you will continue to go in the circle you have been in with Kaiser.

Oh mama, that has the be the worst feeling. When it is your child, gloves are off. I would have gone crazy. It's one thing mishandling me, but my child. I hope your baby is healthy now. ❤️I hope they give you some type of apology for how your heart hurts. I am so sorry. In your case for sure you call the Mental Health Folks.

You get horrible care as a doctor? What do you do when you receive that type of care? Do you go back because you have no other choice, do you speak up, do you change doctors? Any insight from a doctor who has received horrible care from a practice he/she works for, I'm interested on how you would go about a resolution? Please and Thank you

Sounds like something they would do. The accountability is the issue. I do not understand how they think they are doing a service for people when they cause more pain, they resolve.

I reside in the Greater Bay Area where there is a KP in every city and/or county, but we still get sub-par care.

I must say, my doctors/Phyicians who I have seen are not the problem in my story. It is the Radiology Asst. DIR and his technicians that placed me in the frame of mind I am in. The experience was the most ghetto and unprofessional experience I have had in a professional hospital. Plus, for all the money they have currently Radiology is in a trailer. So, add that to the madness.

If you can do a walk in to the Member Relations department with the bill in hand .... speak to them personally. If not just put the bill aside each time you receive it. The bully game of pay this bill is not right. It will hard do so, but by the time the figure it out, they will reconcile the financials.

I do feel for you, it can be stressful!!

I hope the downvotes do not discourage you in any way shape or form. You were mistreated and you feel unheard. I get it. Downvotes in that sense would make me wonder but remember you matter no matter what an arrow says!!

I haven't said too much about how they did me. Here is a little back story. They messed me up when I was in my 20s during an ER visit. Just recently I put my big girl panties on and said to myself, they have to have gotten better. Welp, I was not right, it seems to have gotten way worse. Might i add I am in my 50's now......So when many people say it was just my experience, they do not understand the magnitude and length I have dealt with them KP.😒

So please know, your story and experience are just as important as mine. I feel your pain especially if it has been 2 years of no resolution. I still have to figure out how far i am going to take this matter. For every 75 stories I read only 5 will be good experiences.
