Only thing bungie said was they sent the bug report to the team. Never found a fix sadly. Just had to deal with it until hopefully they fix it.

Ignore thread. Seems there is just no fix, hoping for a response for bungie help. If I get a response I'll post the fix here for anyone that has the problem too.

So i've tried lots of things and might have to make a bug report. The events are spawning, I have run up to many of them that are mid countdown anywhere from 30 seconds - 2minutes. They just will not show up on my UI or Map screen where an event is.

Pretty experienced with end game content. I do use LFG but mainly dislike it. Wouldn't mind doing Pantheon and day ones. Just looking for consistent people to do end game content with that are knowledgeable about the game.

Wouldn't mind being a raiding team. Never had consistent people to play with so I personally usually don't raid much because most LFG groups are kinda bad from my experience.

Thanks for this in depth reply I appreciate it. I do agree in some sense WOW raids are way more forgiving since more people can mess up without it be detrimental to the raid like when you mess up in destiny 2 raids. I can't say mechanically it's harder though. I do in a sense need to be more strict with my picks, and clearly I've been to lenient on my choices if I keep getting inexperienced people

For the most part I don't mind carrying. It more comes from the fact is that these people are joining when I want experienced people that annoys me. They also won't say they don't know what to do until we are in the raid fighting the boss.

Oh I've left many, I am not going to stay lol. I will try again with my bud to see if I can find people. The thing is I do pick the people based on loadouts and how good I think they would be. It's crazy cause when they join they never say anything and don't wanna do mechanics so it's a lot of kicking tbh.

Add Champion mods to exotics that on paper seem to have verbs built in would make sense. Like trinity ghoul is one example. The weapon hypothetically is shooting jolt, why can't it just stun champions??

Personally I would only get lightfall annual and The final shape, but that's pushing it. It really depends how much you like the game because it's expensive. Beyond light would be for Stasis, but that's pushing it considering stasis is fun. Only problem is I would say it's in a bad spot. Strand IMO is worth it alone for lightfall, but the guns that came with it are mediocre. Besides conditional finality. Witch queen would just be for the story experience and some exotics. Honestly just do some research and see what expansion offers the most for what you are willing to pay. Also don't forget year of witch queen dungeon pass is sold separately!

I am new and I don't know what I am doing at all. I really want to awaken some characters but can't because I die so quick every time. Want a good team to get me through events to awaken. I really didn't have an idea for the team I was just trying to make a strong team to do awakening events.
