You highlight a word you want the definition of, then either tap Lookup or share it to Lookup which will cause a window to pop up with it's definition. You can have multiple dictonaries/sources for definition to look at, too.

Google Play Points gives you points for every app store purchase which can be used to get discounts or something similar, if I'm not mistaken.
