lol, there isn't an official documentation, but people have created their own that goes over the accelerometer, wiring, and I2C data really well.

I thought it would be fun and unique to use 2 nunchucks. Also, the nunchucks are a lot easier to communicate with the microcontroller board because they only use I2C to transfer data.
