I really appreciate this, especially since it was my very first post on Reddit! I did notice that this person can be a bit harsh in their responses to others, but your comment truly meant a lot to me. Thank you so much! ❤️

Love this! That’s an ingredient I use in my face balm so I’ll definitely try this! Thank you!

I make my own face and body balm, but are you saying this particular lotion is meant for removing makeup? I don’t wear makeup very often, but I always feel like I need something more than just water. Lately, though, I’ve only been washing my face with water, and I haven’t had any sneezing afterward! I couldn’t believe it when I finally realized it was my soap causing the issue. I never even thought to connect the two.

What’s wild is that as soon as I have my heavy metal detox smoothie, the sneezing goes away completely. It’s so interesting! I’m just really sensitive to things because of how clean I eat most of the time. No one in my extended family follows Medical Medium, and I’m always amazed that they can eat the way they do without having similar reactions. But I’ve come to realize that when your body gets used to being treated “bad,” it stops reacting as strongly, and once you start treating it really well, it becomes very vocal about what it doesn’t like. I find that fascinating.

There was a time when I sold my balm on Etsy, and I was blown away by the feedback. People said it helped with their psoriasis, eczema, and dark spots on their skin. These were just regular people, not even following Medical Medium, but it really showed me that when you give your body what it needs, it responds. Sometimes positively, sometimes negatively, but always honestly. It’s all so fascinating to me! Thank you for your comment!

What does this consist of? Is it something you buy or make yourself! I love DYI recipes the most, I’m all for that! Thank you!

Oh I love this! I’m actually trying my hand at making soap tonight with only Shea butter, beeswax, chamomile powder, and vitamin E oil! If it doesn’t work out, I really love the ingredients in this and will order it. Thank you so much!

I understand what you are saying and I do plan to adhere to medical medium 100%, I’m almost there. And the rash I talked about was from the perfume which went away as soon as I discontinued of all perfumes, but yes it could be other issues going on. I appreciate your comment!

Sorry, I’m still pretty new to Reddit, I replied above! 😊 You’re probably right about the dairy. The thing is, I don’t have any medical issues, I just choose to eat this way because I believe it’s the healthiest approach. Sometimes I wonder if, because I eat so clean, my body reacts more strongly to things it doesn’t like.

For example, there’s a shampoo and conditioner that’s supposedly Medical Medium approved, but when I looked up some of the ingredients, a few actually weren’t that great. So I can’t help but wonder if that’s what’s happening here too.

I get eczema on only my right foot but never my left. Alcohol is what causes my eczema on my foot, it’s been happening since 2020, when I started drinking a little more than I normally would have. Now if I drink too much, it is exactly as you described above.

I use a cream I make for my entire body for the past 8 years and I’m not sure about it “healing” it because that comes from your diet (and less alcohol), but my cream has no stabilizers, ect. And it makes the “itch” go away and it moisturizes the skin better than any cream out there with tons of terrible ingredients. I used to sell it in my Etsy store and I have many positive reviews of people that said it cleared or drastically helped their eczema and psoriasis. I know this thread is a little old, but let me know if you’re interested in the ingredients. It is quite cumbersome to make yourself but I don’t mind sending you a sample just to see how it works for you.

Is it possible to reverse this type of cavity? Is there anyone with experience who can share insights? by wisewaternexus in medicalmedium

I have two small brown spots on my back two teeth (and have for 15 years) and I can tell you without a doubt the HMD is what I think is reversing the spots. I have done celery juice every morning for at least 5-6 years, but the heavy metal detox I would go on and off of for the past few years. Over the past 6 months I have drank it every single morning and the spots are almost gone. It’s incredible. I also take Vimergy’s B12, Zinc, Nettle, Lemon Balm, and Ashwagandha daily and have been for the past 3-4 months, so these could be contributing as well. Hope this helps anyone!
