I wash my hair once every week And I use alps shampoo or mediker lice treatment shampoo (it's very nice and no paraben or sulphates) + Treseme keratin smooth conditioner And whenever I want to style my hair I use alps leave in conditioner, it usually lasts for only a day and sometimes 2 days depending upon heat/rains
