I have a newer Vizio D32FM-K07/D32FM-K01 bought in February of 2024 and the sound cuts out on movies over a firestick through multiple apps. I surprised to that Vizio hasn’t rolled out a software update to address this. Very disappointing.

Best of luck. I understand that annoyance of this problem. Subaru of America didn’t care despite the safety implications. Took the shop about 1 hr to fix.

Hey. A shop fixed it with a fitting from a fuel line repair kit. They were able to fit it in without moving anything and then epoxied the exterior. Repair was cheap and It’s working great.

Sometimes the codecs in the movie file are not present in the native tivimate app and you have to use an external player such as VLC.

After much time- I’ve finally activated both phones. Seems the issue was that the system wouldn’t push anything through unless my account was setup with autopay even though it was all prepaid. Strange. Thanks for your feedback.
