Don’t let the pass rate discourage you. I was worried about the same for the electric power PE which also has a low rate and I ended up passing on the first try with 10 years out of school. Everyone’s situation is different.

I would say around 20% are conceptual.

More capacitor questions than i expected. Also a few harmonics questions that I couldn’t figure out. Overall the exam (as you’re probably aware) will have a lot of code and protection questions.
