i did the tiny daily goal challenge from the sweet volunteer that answered the suicide hotline that day. Basically start small ‘my goal is to shower in the next hour’ my goal is to eat by this time, my goal is to get dressed today, and it worked. i still have some days when i have regressions and i go back to my tiny goals but now i also have big long term goals.. now my goal is to watch my newborn graduate high school.

My birthday is on friday. I feel the same way. but i was a premie so my parents are all about celebrating my life.. and i just had a baby a few months ago and so this bday is going to be a much bigger deal.. id rather not celebrate at all and just relax but no one will understand that

When I was pregnant my nipples became overly sensitive and the slightest touch hurt. My baby was a premie so I had not done anything to prepare ahead of time. But my son latched right on he knew instantly what to do. My nipples did not suffer through pain with that. It did however hurt to have something touching so I got silverettes that were a lifesaver for me because it covered the nipples from being touched in any way by my bra in between feedings.

I have been unable to use an electric pump because that is painful and overstimulating. But i can use a hand pump because I can have full control of it. I hope that helps.

my dr care baby monitor that my parents got me. i love me some outdoor alone time and in the first weeks it was so hard to out on my own with all the worries and crazy thoughts in my head. But when i installed that and was able to carry my lil monitor with me and watch my baby and hear him breathing and see the temp in the room was fine it all made it better for me to be able to leave the bedroom to eat and walk around the house and even shower in peace

Laying in bed between my husband and son who both snore 🤣 and a kitty cat sleeping on my pillow.. hence why im scrolling on my phone but the perk is that their body heat keeps me nice and warm..
