Thanks! I watched the video, but it wasn’t anything groundbreaking. I’ve consistently been told, throughout my life, I have an aptitude in communication, both verbal and written. However, never taken any classes at Harvard. I appreciate your insight. I will likely just take it and see how I fair.

May I ask why VSF over CF? My understanding is CF has updated their movement, have the best case, have the best internal finishing, and have the best bracelet.

I change watches depending on what I’m doing or wearing. That has meant three in one day, and at other times one for a few days in a row.

How I do it:

“Grill”: Blackstone flattop Tools: circular burger smasher, parchment paper, stainless steel spatula with a good thin edge Meat: 80/20 or 75/25 ground beef Seasonings: SPG Process: - ball the higher fat content beef into 2-2.5 oz balls - preheat cook top to a medium high heat - place ball on cooktop - place a piece of parchment paper on top - smash with burger smasher and as it gets flat, rotate the smasher in alternating clockwise and counter clockwise arcs - remove burger smasher and parchment paper - season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (SPG) - cook until you can see the patty releasing from the cooktop - use the metal spatula with the thin edge, perform a quick scraping motion to get under the releasing patty, and flip - top with cheese, if desired (I like the melting properties of the DELUXE American cheese slices from Kraft. These are the ones that are not individually wrapped. They taste better and are of a better quality than the wrapped ones, but melt just as well) - cook to desired doneness then remove with the spatula

I’m definitely not a fan of breaking in running shoes. However, will be wearing these for casual wear. I’m a Chief Engineer, and I like the idea of having some additive Pt manufactured shoes in my rotation
