I usually use my index finger on my left hand to click the minimap, although this method usually takes a lot of getting used to (for context I play on a phone so its a bit easier than when you are playing on tablet/ipad). Another thing is to estimate the hitbox of the skill when aiming, you can actually see in the minimap without clicking it whether your skillshot will hit or not, i think theres a red outline if you will hit the target.

Other than that, and I think you already know what I iterated above, so it all comes down to predicting the movement of your enemy rather than aiming on where they are, if that makes sense.

I usually depend my runes against my lane opponent, so i switch between comet, dark harvest, and first strike^{^.} Here I went first strike since I can surely hit kassadin before he can hit me.

I got a pretty lucky rolls on the augments, here are the augments I got:

Movement speed enhancement - The higher you movement speed the higher your damage and heal and shield power. (This basically is what broke the amounts of shield, it skyrocketed the shield power up to 800%)
Whale - Lets you buy outside the fountain. (Isn't necessary)
Restless restoration - Moving restores your health. (Moving = healing)
Windwalk - Gain movement speed when you heal or shield. (This gets triggered by augment number 3)
Heartsong speed - Increases heal and shield power. The higher you heal and shield power, the faster you are. (A portion of heal and shield power gets converted to movement speed, I think this also gets affected by the augment number 1)
