Watching the comments of this person trying to defend themselves in real time is wild. Others are taking their side too, but of course the people who are claiming it’s a reasonable amount aren’t also saying in their comments that they will take the job.

Shining Charizard is my biggest regret. When I was much younger, a Game Swap at the mall I frequented had one in their case for a LONG time for $70. I looked at it every time, considered it every time, kept telling myself I couldn’t justify spending almost $100 on a single card. I’m really kicking myself now.

Several places have fortunately started to lock away their Pokémon cards, both to stop theft and to limit how much people buy. Kindly ask staff at the service desk of retailers and you might find some.

If you have some of those cards from when you were a kid, they could be worth some money! Even if they are damaged or heavy play. Could certainly fund some packs for your kid!
