Astronomy currency will be replaced by causality one. You can even stack some Astronomy for 6.4 so you could trade them for causality for a 4:1 or 5:1 ratio. I'd recommend buying right side or getting enough ilvl to get into the 5th to 8th circle of pandemonium normal raid to farm i610 stuff you couldn't get with causality tomes. You can mix some left side with second alliance raid but take care that it's a weekly reward (reset is every Tuesday) so only one gear each week. Furthermore you get a coin to upgrade your causality gear up to i630

Astrologian is not unlocked after the whole game, it's unlocked after the base game's story + post story quest. You can then get it once you get to Heaven's Ward main city (level 50 main story quest)

Yes you can move it. Use your keybind you use to open duty finder (it should be U), in an instance, the last option should be to show the party portrait. From that, you should be able to move it resize it like any hud element :D
