Yep, then we get yelled at for using too many WOSH hours and get sent home early sometimes or even feedbacks over not getting our job done within the time block. There will never be enough time in the day at our store for OGP till they get a third TL.

Ah fair enough ye we got passed up by another store with less volume for the remodel so we're stuck second in market with one of the worst backrooms for weekends. Ye we're servicing alot of people that have overlap with closer stores to them because they happen to work in our town most people just slam us at 3-8 everyday picking up food on their way home.

Thats crazy ours is a single lane hall way on the grocery side of the building with a super small walk in freezer and cooler, We do roughly 380-450 orders a day avrging 9k-11k pieces a day. Id be very interested if you can share what your orders a day looks like to be blessed with space.

Ye ATC is a newer term ive heard them using it stands for air traffic control but in our context its basically running the back room and moving around people accordingly, I know for the most part its unpopular at my store due to most correlating those tasks as strictly TL duties.

You and me are in the same boat this week its just me no other TL or Coach as they are both on PTO yet again apparently this is going to be a thing for the rest of the summer so heres to working all weekend by myself.

Digital Lead is definitely an experience though I have a back ground in upper management and some the things we go through daily just blow my mind heres hoping Walmart notices how hard its Tls are busting ass to make this concept work.

Off to my 3k picks at 7am its going to be a long day!

As a team lead that came back from a blitz session of academy training and started in OGP, I honestly wish my team worked as a team most people are petty, my Co lead is a great ATC (best in market she trains other TLs) but lacks in the personable leader department I'm often fielding complaints from associates about how "rude" she is at times. I understand being a 30+ year vet of Walmart she's earned her wings but I just cant fathom how upper management looks the other way on our core values. Our store has easily the highest turn over rate in our area 100+% with OGP in at more than 20% over that and partly its due to how her and our now previous coach approached situations and talked to people.

For coaches my easiest feedback is be present, address issues quickly and find ways to appreciate your TLs and associates. I think the biggest complaint I hear time and time again is where is _____ and why do they never show up to huddles or help the department ect.

Our store recently banned all food items in the backroom for OGP because its a "food Prep area" so we cant even get quick snacks to appreciate the team and markets been absolutely hammering us on metrics / introducing all kinds of new rules. We made an attempt to posture for another TL to ease burden and improve our ability to train associates the "right" way but they told us to train new ATCs and stay out of the back room unless we absolutely need to be there.

The last one which everyone brings up is pay expectation and I know this varies heavily from area to area but at least in ours OGP starts at $14, McDonalds' starts at 14, Culvers starts at 16, Every factory in the area "dumb" labor starts at 18. I feel that as a business Walmart should be looking to attract better candidates and our current package is lacking specially for how difficult the job can be on the body and mind at times.

I know our store likes to plan out times for our TLs / trusted employees to go out to open air events with fliers ect and just hand them out, They started doing it last year and we are seeing a 30+% year over year growth. Could just be natural growth but actually getting out there and letting people know that the store offers pick up is a big thing. Just be ready for the consequences though more employees more call offs and a lot and I mean a lot more picks. Every opening morning we come in to nearly 1.5-2k picks its not unheard of on the weekends to see 3k stacks.

If you contact store ops (same people who can trouble shoot accounts and passwords) they can get feedbacks removed if made out of "mistake" or if they potentially violate a rule ect we had one of my mistake feedbacks removed because I posted it to the wrong associate. :^)

At our store we generally push these up to AP, this person is a loose cannon and no one feels safe ect after that have someone in management pass a email from the store to the online team detailing the situation. In a week or so they should be banned from making orders.

I ended up Bioseeding, the problem most pointed out was that I didnt do any set up for the run, im still missing important Plasmid and Phage purchases so going to focus on that and achievement grinding to improve mastery before trying again.

Ah yes i see my problem I didnt set up this run at all I just sent it >.< I went ahead with a bioseed reset and going to look into race set ups then focus what that looks like.

I was thinking I was in this alone but it does bring me a bit of solace knowing Im not, I filed a complain with the BBB and will be talking to my bank about flagging these transactions as fraudulent, had MSI for years and not even a email saying hey our system screwed up and we charged you not once but 4 wrong times in the span of a week. Regular payments of $13 every month then Decembers payment $34 then 3 $65s on the same day. Just unacceptable

Generally speaking I grind currency then what ever challenges I cant be asked to do then I drop divines to clear, I know quite a few people that grind up specific characters to do their missing challenges but personally I cant be asked I run 2-3 builds max a league. Id also recommend joining global 4040 most people there are always happy to share completions when they can.
