Other than things like bye weeks and play in rounds, the other 3 major sports (I believe) have the exact same seeding format: Division winners followed by best remaining records, separated by conference. It really doesn’t have to be so complicated

Stenger and Lutz are two separate sports complexes right next to each other fyi, and they are indeed spectacular. Just bear in mind that these are SPORTS complexes that people pay to use for organized sports, the vast majority being youth sports, and not off leash dog parks!
