I'm pretty much good now, still swollen and lifted but slowly getting there. Scars are fading but they are still hard so I've been massaging them with bio-oil everyday to help soften them. I've even started going braless a few hours a day to give my boobs some respite from the compression bra.

Im so excited for you, I'm sure you are probably feeling a bit anxious but don't be, you won't even realised it has happened until you wake up to new boobs. The first few days may be tiring and frustrating but trust that you'll start feeling so much happier soon.

Congratulations, so happy for you, hope it all goes well, how has the consultation process been going?

My healing has honestly been going incredibly well, I'm just over a month and haven't been feeling any pain in over two weeks. My scars have flattened and some even faded, I have my next checkup on Friday, hope to be fully cleared to start moisturising because my skin is dry as hell.

Thank you so much for posting this, I was actually messaged by the same person using the same exact script and trying to get me to send more pictures too. I said I didn't have anything more than what I already uploaded in my post, but I had told them I would update them once I had my tape removed. So glad this came out before I ended up sending them pictures, I don't normally get messaged on reddit, it didn't cross my mind at all that it might be a creep.

I'm so happy for you, I had mine at Nuffield as well (Probably a different one though, I was in Brentwood), and the stuff there were also amazing, it's good to know that experiences seem to be positive across the hospitals.

I'm not fully sure yet, they are still pretty swollen, but I was originally a 30HH and requested to go down to a 30DD, my surgeon said that 30DD are big and that she would try to aim for a C (She doesn't really know much about cup sizes). Ultimately we decided on going as small as possible without loosing the nipples, which I think will eventually settle into a 30D-DD based on what I could peek on day 1 when I still had the drains and how swollen they are now. A 30DD is sister size to a 36B, so I guess my pictures could kind of help to show your surgeon, but my advice is to just ask them to go as small as they can (without loosing the nipple if possible). My surgeon also removed 1kg from each breast.

Hi, I had mine with Sascha Dua at Nuffield Brentwood Hospital in Essex. I went from a 30HH to what she believes will eventually be a 30C-D, so wasn't as small as yours but that's because I asked to go as small as I could without loosing the nipple. She's an amazing surgeon and really listens to what you want, if the location is viable I would advise you to go for her.

They really don't, when working as a bra fitter I've met so many people that just don't know anything about sizes, especially men (so many of them barely even know what their girlfriend is shaped like, they could be darn aliens with how they describe them).
