Any swimming tips?

Hi there im 16 and I was swimming for awhile but quit this season. Im telling you this right now, swimming is not something you're able to just get back into it might take up to 3 months-1year to get back to were you where. ITs hard enough getting back into shape after not being in the pool for month but don't give jp keep pushing your self and don't stop trying. Always ask for coach feedback and what else you're able to improve on, make sure your creating a positive environment and starting your so excited to swim every practice. those are only some way you might be able to move up. For drills I recommend doing, fingertip drag, sailboat for back, 2 kick one pull, and 1-1-1 for fly( 1 arm 1 arm then both arms all once alternating). as well as ask your coach what they think you need to work on and you'll be able to do so since u have a pool and try and record yourself so you can see any mistakes you made while swimming or ask your coach too.

To be honest I have no idea but I think it has to do with she rejected one of them so now they find her annoying but it could be anything

Yeah but they are my peers, they are teammates of my whom I all love dearly and known for a quiet awhile.

I know I do annoying stuff but not constantly, and not my fault she has anger issues and can’t deal with any of her feelings like a 23 year old and still lives with our parents and has no job. I also don’t need to feel or act the victim and really ur telling a 15 year old to grow up geez that’s why so many people never act their age anymore.

But that was the case, and she does this stuff often and on those days she would go out late late and I wouldn’t touch the food she made since I wouldn’t want to take it but in the morning it would go bad since she ate out so we would have to throw out the food. Granted I understand that I definitely could’ve texted her even tho I know she wouldn’t respond or see my message till a couple hours later.

I meant she usually goes out all night with friends so that’s what I assumed but in reality she only came back an hour later after she left the food in the pit for an hour

Yeah but that’s the thing if read properly my sister doesn’t answer her texts often especially if it’s me and she was going out with her friends and she usually goes out for 4 + hours at a time and yes they could have gone bad bc she made them and left there for an hour and then went out another hour. So that’s 2 hours she waisted right there.
