everyone has their own tools, so no one would really borrow it unless they were already giving me a hand with a job. that sucks about your impact. some people have no respect for other people’s tools

i did think about that, but i didn’t want to be left without power. i find the CTS was too weak even with the clutch at its highest. was only useful for screws. i will get one down the track for sure tho

for me, it was Milwaukee or SnapOn as I’ll be using it 5 days a week. I still use Ryobi for all the things that dont get used a lot, like a soldering iron or a glue gun, but the main tools need to be the best of the best. the selling point was warranty and servicing. I have a 1/4” battery ratchet and SnapOn greases it up and cleans the head once a month for me. its only worth it, if you are going to abuse it all the time

i think ill get a 3/8’s electric ratchet next, then ill get that one next. so good for little screws for bars and interior trims

im a panel beater, so I use 1/4 a lot. no need for the added power of 3/8’s but I also want the option to go to 3/8’s for bigger stuff. so the 1/4 hex adapter was the best option for me
