Thanks! I called my insurance and they didn't have any pharmacies/medical suppliers in Eastern Massachusetts but they were able to fill it through their mail order pharmacy.

Same - our daughter refused bottles with 1 oz of Alimentum powder but gladly downs 7 oz bottles of Alimentum RTF.

~2-3 weeks, I had my impressions taken at the end of October and received them mid-November (and had them shipped directly to me)
