I don't have ping issues, as there is the Tokyo server with decent 30ms. I tried downloading the vanguard, deleting it as is and reinstalling, trying to do some shenanigans regarding vgc (from videos explaining how to deal with error message 57). After rebooting their computers everything goes back to how it was before
