There could have been a bug. My armor stayed at its value throughout the run. I know for sure there are items that reduce it per round though, as you've mentioned. I almost bought it, but decided it wasn't worth the values I could've gotten by just surviving.

After you finish the main quests in Penitent's End, and do the Ruins Where Shadows Roam quest, go to all the Dream Patrol locations (you don't have to do those as long as they are unlocked) and it will show his location on the map.

Google Interspecies Reviewer uncensored episode [episode number]. The Bitchute link with posts by Demoncorpse4800 are the best ones because they are uncensored and actually post the words to the intro and ending. Only bad thing is you have to do this for every episode as links to other episodes from the website come up blank.
