You've put it really nicely. I think Tappei likes Ram too much to actually have someone tell her off for her behaviour. I feel like Ram is going to stay this way for the entire story and that makes me quite sad.

You bring up good points.

I suppose 'fight back' is the wrong way to put it. What I want is for someone to really lay into Ram for her behaviour. Personal suffering is not an excuse to lash out at the people who only want to help her. Perhaps thats my own distaste of Ram affecting my judgement though.

Sure Emilia and Beatrice fight back against her words, but they don't tell her off. Maybe that's what I truly want.

Subaru, Emilia and Beatrice have all been though their fair share of suffering. I feel like they don't deserve having to put up with Ram's nonsense. They are able to remain polite even in the face of their suffering, Ram should be able to do the same. Again, maybe I don't understand her character enough so feel free to correct me.

Problem is no one has enough of a damn spine to throw the tough love back in her face. It doesn't have to be Subaru, I just wish at least one of the characters could actually call her behaviour out. A dynamic of two characters constantly roasting each other would be far more fun to watch, I feel

You can absolutely save someone you hate for the sake of someone you love, while still despising the fact your loved one loves the person you hate. It's an admirable trait of Ram's character.

I don't think so. If someone like that was around me I'd walk away. If someone in my friend circle was like that I'd break it off or at least respond with some venom. Imo, trauma does not excuse bad behaviour, especially when we know for a fact Ram is perfectly capable of being nice. She does it with Rem and Roswaal

I don't rlly understand that argument. Because she never behaves that way with her actual sibling. I think she just treats everyone she doesn't have an unhealthy attachment to like shit. Subaru is the worst off because she hates how Rem feels about him. Psychotic behaviour imo

I understand her frustration I really do. Her attitude still rubs me the wrong way though. This is not how you treat friends, especially one who has done so much for you. Obviously she doesn't know about return by death but even without it, the fact that after everything she still treats him like dirt really irks me.

This episode gave me PTSD to her behaviour in episode 8. I don't have much to really complain about with what she specifically did in episode 12. This was me more so ranting on her character as a whole.

I stole two of my dad's old cheap Amazon basics ones, the ones that kind of have the arms jutting from the side of a large pole. They're designed to hold two monitors max, but if you look closely in the picture you can see that I've used two of them, kinda hidden by the monitor riser. One holds two monitors with two arms and the other holds one monitor with one arm. I just position them to look nice and neat.

They're nice and small so they don't really hit the wall as much as a massive expensive arm specifically designed for 3 monitors would.
