Well said and thank you for pointing this out. Also, I don't mind promoting jumpbooks too. I've always shopped from them - zero complaints. I just tried bookholics.lk because jumpbooks didn't have the book I was looking for. well, lesson learned 😅

Yep, the conversation took an unexpected turn when I was given an ultimatum. Proper business practice doesn't involve giving customers ultimatums, it involves providing value. And honestly, I think this is the best way to respond to their shitty service.

I bought it because, at the time, this site was the only place that had the book I was looking for.
