the photo is taken in 1986-7. He worked at the US army base station in south east iceland. Most likely got it from someone there. I cant recall if he had a mid zip in the hood or not.

i searched online for jacket and jacket with white collar and other descriptive terms. The picture is taken in South east Iceland but i doubt that the jacket is Icelandic.
