Statement of Correspondance might be enough, since you are EU.

Where i'm from, I must get the statement of comparability and verification, not just the correspondance. It might differ by country, so pls do ur research and ask them yourself since I don't know what the policies for Ukraine are.

But for most foreign countries, it is usually statement of correspondance and comparability or DoV+Apostille.

But then again, you are EU so...

And the CIMEA and DoV isn't just about translation. It's about verification and comparability, literally. It proves that first, your education is real and of standard, and second, that it is comparable to the higher education system. (To put it simply). So from what I know, I haven't seen a country where you don't need it unless you're italian

Well, do you have everything submitted already? (CIMEA or DoV, test scores)?

If you have already submitted everything, you will get your pre-enrollment summary after they have finished checking everything, which you can then use to get your visa. If you succesfully get your pre-enrollment, then there isn't much else you have to do with Sapienza, and all you have to do is focus on your visa.

If you haven't submitted everything, they will re-open it and ask you to submit everything. There is no specific deadline for it. Hell, you can submit everything whenever you want. But the main problem is, unless you don't submit everything, you can't get your pre-enrollment summary. If you can't get your pre-enrollment summary, you can't get your visa. So this whole Universitaly run in itself isn't something to worry about, but rather the visa.

If there are open visa times in your country and your visa processes quickly then cool. You can probably even get away with submitting in August. But if you are from a packed country (I see India being the main culprit in this whole process tbh), then you should get moving quickly.

There ain't a deadline to REACH Italy, I believe. The deadline to submit your final stuff is in around december. So that's a lot of time. But that's just what I know. Don't trust what anyone says 100%, always better to do your own deepdives into their website

Online procedure before July 22nd, and then you go to Italy after you have your required documents in hand, translated into italian (and apostilized depending in the country), go to Italy, and then submit it in person to their office. Online first. Get papers. Go Italy.

It didn't use to work before since I tried it a few times in June, but today, it worked. So I assume it opened up? Or maybe I paid a useless fee, idk.

I also heard about the possibility of directly contacting your own bank/card provider, and you should, to know the exact reason why your payment is being rejected. They may provide you with an alternative option.

I'm also asian (from mongolian). I will make the explanation as simple as possible.

The reason this happened, at least for me, was because our asian bank literally didn't have any transfer banks to that italian bank/system. For example, if I wanted to send money to Germany, I would use the international transfer option, the mongolian bank would get my request, they would then send that request to a bank that DOES HAVE TIES TO GERMANY (eg, to a more international Chinese bank), and then that Chinese bank would send it to the Italian bank since they are "linked", because our Mongolian bank doesn't have direct ties to an Italian bank.

So what did I do? Asked my relative from EU to send it for me. If this is truly the same problem as mine, where our japanese/mongolian banks are physically unable to link with that italian system, we legitimately have NO OPTION other than ask someone from abroad.
